This special event will begin with 20 minutes of gentle Yin poses, followed by the application of 3-5 needles to your ear. Our special guest, Daerielle Balika, licensed acupuncturist will identify chosen points based upon your unique circumstances to help calm the mind and relax the body.

You will then relax and enjoy 45 minutes of the sounds of quartz crystal and Tibetan brass singing bowls. Pairing acupuncture with a sound meditation creates a remarkable opportunity for the body to re-set, allowing the Qi to flow easily, igniting the healing power of your inner alchemy.
