Yin yoga work the deepest tissues in our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the connective tissues: ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks, and the meridians. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to more vigorous Yang-based practices such as Vinyasa. Energetically, Yin yoga enhances the flow of chi in the organs. Yin is an excellent practice for both beginners and seasoned yogis.
